We provide an on site property evaluation and discuss ideal target market as well as potential design and space objectives. We can provide an easy to follow DIY plan or make arrangements for our team to execute.  Hourly fees incurred.

C. Vacant Staging

We provide and on site property evaluation and discuss ideal target demographic and marketing strategy as well as design and space objectives. A variety of packages are available. Quoted upon request

D. Model Home Staging

We will consult with Builder / Developer / Marketing team/ Realtors to discuss design and space objectives as well as target demographic and marketing strategies.  A variety of packages are available. Quoted upon request.

The home staging process

STEP 1

Consultation / Evaluation

First we set a meeting with Realtor / Developer / Marketing team to view Property or floor plans. We will photograph and take measurements as needed for our evaluation.

STEP 2

Interior Concept / Proposal

After our on site property evaluation and meeting with Marketing team TO Discuss design and space objectives as well as target demographic and Marketing strategies, we will create a proposal for the lease agreement for review.

STEP 3 

Curate inventory / Set logistics / Install

Once staging lease agreement have  been executed and signed, our team of experienced designers and stagers will select inventory from our warehouse. Once install dates are agreed upon, Our installers along with our experienced staging team will install and you will be ready to show property. Typically completed in one day depending on the size of the property.

STEP 4

Inventory Removal

 Once you have scheduled your closing and your contract has come to an end we will arrange for our team to remove all inventory from your property. Typically completed in one day depending on the size of the property.

  • Typically two hours for most properties under 2500 sq ft. Estimates for larger spaces available

  • Curating of the existing space for virtual staging
  • Typically two hours for most properties 2500 sq ft. Estimates for larger spaces available
BUILDER/DEVELOPER
$185 per hour
  • Product selection and consultation with builders or developers
  • Typically 10-15 hours for full consultations and specification. Estimates for multiple properties available

Elementary Staging Costs & Guidelines

Vignette staging packages will be offered at a monthly cost starting at 1200.00 per month.  

Home staging packages will be offered in complete proposal form starting at 1200 per month per room. A basic accessory package is included. Multi layered accessory packages will be quoted upon request.
